Privacy Policy
Dial N Search Private Limited · Last updated: 26 August 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Dial N Search Private Limited (“Dial N Search”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in India on 22 December 2009, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information in connection with:
- the corporate website https://www.dialnsearch.com/ (the “Site”);
- corporate, technology and partnership enquiries submitted through the Site or related email, phone or WhatsApp channels referenced on the Site;
- related communications about our software products, company identity and vendor diligence — not creator, brand-campaign or live-streaming onboarding services.
By using the Site or sending us an enquiry, you understand the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit personal information or use the Site for enquiries.
Product domains (for example Sales Funda® at salesfundaa.com and FQRS at fqrs.co.in) and the creator / promotions site at dialnsearch.co.in may publish their own privacy notices for those services. This policy is focused on the corporate Site at dialnsearch.com. See also our Terms of Use, Disclaimer and Corporate information.

2. Scope — who this applies to
This policy applies to:
- Website visitors who browse the Site for corporate or product information;
- Corporate and technology buyers who enquire about Sales Funda®, SF Astra, FQRS, SF Prep, custom software or related business discussions;
- Partners and vendors who contact us about commercial cooperation, supply or diligence;
- Job and vendor enquirers who send career, contractor or supplier-related messages through channels listed on the Site.
This policy does not primarily govern creator applications, brand campaign matching, live-streaming agency onboarding or influencer payments. Those activities are described on dialnsearch.co.in and are subject to the notices published there.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
When you fill forms, email us, call us or message us, you may provide:
- Identity and contact details — name, company or organisation name, role or designation, email address, phone or WhatsApp number;
- Business context — product interest (for example Sales Funda®, FQRS), industry, approximate requirements, timelines and free-text messages;
- Vendor or partnership details — organisation name, proposal notes, diligence questions;
- Career or contractor notes — background information you choose to share in an enquiry (we do not require sensitive credentials through public forms).
3.2 Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically record:
- IP address, approximate location derived from IP, date and time of access;
- browser type, device type, referring URL and pages viewed;
- standard server or security logs used to operate and protect the Site.
3.3 Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to function (for example session or security-related cookies). If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice or choices. You can usually block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some Site features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.
3.4 Information we do not intentionally seek
We do not ask you to send sensitive personal data (such as passwords for production systems, government ID numbers, bank credentials, biometric data or full card details) through public website forms. Do not include such data in enquiry messages. If a later commercial engagement requires KYC, security questionnaires or contracted data processing, that will be handled through appropriate secure channels and written agreements — not as a general Site form requirement.
4. Why we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- to respond to corporate, product and technology enquiries and provide relevant information;
- to evaluate fit for demos, proposals or follow-up discussions about our products and services;
- to discuss partnership, vendor or supplier opportunities;
- to process reasonable career or contractor enquiries where submitted;
- to operate, secure and improve the Site and understand aggregate traffic patterns;
- to protect against spam, fraud, abuse or security incidents;
- to comply with applicable laws, regulations or lawful requests;
- to maintain ordinary business records of communications.
5. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on applicable Indian law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as it applies over time) and other rules, we may process personal data based on:
- your consent (for example when you submit a form or voluntarily contact us);
- performance of steps prior to a contract, or for a contract, with you or your organisation;
- legitimate uses permitted by law for operating our business, responding to B2B enquiries and securing the Site;
- compliance with a legal obligation.
Where a product or contracted service involves processing of personal data on a client’s behalf, that relationship is governed by the separate written agreement and any data-processing terms for that engagement — not by browsing this Site alone.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, IT or communication tools that help us run the Site and respond to you, under appropriate confidentiality and security expectations;
- Internal teams and authorised personnel — who need the information to handle your enquiry;
- Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants or auditors under confidentiality;
- Authorities — if required by law, regulation, court order or to protect rights, safety or property;
- Corporate transaction parties — in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring or similar event, subject to appropriate safeguards where applicable.
We do not share corporate Site enquiry data with creators or brand-campaign networks as a default practice of this Site. Product-specific sharing (for example within a client’s Sales Funda® or FQRS environment) is governed by that product’s terms and your contract with us, not by this corporate policy alone.
7. International transfers
Our primary operations are in India. Some hosting, email or collaboration infrastructure may process data on servers in other countries. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps consistent with applicable law and our providers’ practices.
8. Retention
We retain enquiry and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- complete the purpose for which the information was collected;
- maintain ordinary business records of communications and diligence;
- meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-related requirements;
- enforce our terms and protect our rights.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to backup and technical limitations. Retention for contracted product environments is set out in the relevant commercial agreement.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our practices are aligned with our ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 27001 (information security) oriented approaches. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You use the Site and email at your own risk regarding residual security risks.
Clients remain responsible for access controls, credentials and data they place in product environments under their control, as further described in our Disclaimer and any product agreement.
10. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to:
- access personal information we hold about you from Site enquiries;
- correct inaccurate information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (without affecting prior lawful processing);
- request deletion or restriction in situations recognised by law;
- ask us to stop certain marketing communications (replies that are necessary to address an enquiry you initiated may still be sent).
To exercise rights, email info@dialnsearch.com with enough detail for us to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity (and, where you act for an organisation, your authority) before acting. We will respond within a reasonable period as required by law.
11. Children
The Site and our corporate / technology offerings are intended for businesses and adults capable of engaging in commercial discussions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us through the Site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
12. Third-party links & product sites
The Site may link to product domains (including salesfundaa.com and fqrs.co.in), sister properties (including dialnsearch.co.in), healthcare-related PhysioKare materials where referenced for ecosystem clarity, maps, registries or other external sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content. Review the notices on those sites before sharing data with them. Historical project references (such as ISOMED-BARC, BRIT-BARC or TMS-BARC) are descriptive only and do not create a separate data relationship through this Site.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or Site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when we publish changes. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes awareness of the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site where appropriate.
